What quality do you value most in a friend?

A friend, in the words of Jesus Christ, is someone willing to lay down their life for another human being. Unless you are prepared in your soul to die to help a person, then you cannot truly call yourself their friend. Because if put to the test, you will one day betray them.

They go forth building now their Babel (America), and their Jerusalem (Rome), as set forth in Pope Leo’s encyclical, Magnifica Humanitas; both kingdoms being built under the façade of Christianity; but neith of these great cities shall be built upon the blood of martyrs, whose blood spills out upon Golgotha.

The true friends of Christ, they do not out of pride work to establish anything great upon The Earth; for this is the mark of pride, to want your name to ring out in the hearts of a multitude. The friends of Jesus Christ, these are hidden in plain sight; and they do not sound a trumpet before their works; they sit in shadows in prayer, silence, and suffering.

The true Jerusalem is this; but this is not the city that Pope Leo XIV speaks of when speaking of his vision of Jerusalem. In his vision, the world is at peace; but his peace is not peace at all.

Peace is established only through prayer and suffering; and not prayer for peace itself, for in Cuapa, Mary sternly warns us not to pray for peace, but to make peace ourselves; and that a prayer for peace is a wasted prayer.

The New Jerusalem, it is under construction, but not something that the eyes will ever fathom; it is a city scattered about The Earth in secret hearts, hidden hearts, hearts true to friendship.
